About The Concrete Position
Concrete workers help build and repair durable concrete surfaces for driveways, flatwork, patios, sidewalks, slabs, and related construction projects throughout the Green Bay area. This role is hands-on, physical, and important to the quality of each finished project. This position may include job site preparation, forming, grading, rebar or mesh installation, pouring, spreading, leveling, finishing, repair work, cleanup, and equipment support.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow safety procedures and job site instructions
Prepare and set up job sites, including forms, grading, tools, and materials
Install reinforcement materials such as rebar or wire mesh
Mix, pour, spread, level, and finish concrete
Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools
Assist with broom finishes, smooth finishes, relief cuts, coloring, stamping, and sealing when needed
Help clean, load, unload, and organize tools and equipment
Qualifications
Previous construction or concrete experience is helpful, but it is not always required for every position. We value dependable people who work safely, show up on time, communicate well, and are willing to learn.
